Who are we?
MDM Developments is a fully licensed construction company with 30+ years of experience in Los Angeles and the surrounding areas.
We have built and remodeled homes for over 30 years in 8 of the 10 Southern California counties including LA, Ventura, Orange, Riverside, San Bernardino, Kern and Santa Barbara.
What’s more impressive is that we’ve stayed in business for over 30 years through word of mouth, until now. We are expanding our reach to the internet and we’re very excited about it.
What makes us different?
We are accountable. We don’t run away from problems; we fix them. Often times we are hired to finish a job someone else started and it pains us to see our clients having to pay twice for the same job. MDM Developments has never and will never leave a job unfinished.
We are experienced. We know the ins and outs of construction. We’ve been working with engineers, architects, electricians, roofers, plumbers, etc. for more than 30 years. Whether it’s residential or commercial, we’ve done it all.
We are honest. We don’t build cars, so we won’t pretend like we know how. We believe it’s important to be straightforward and transparent with people. Good relationships are based on trust and that’s what we’re all about.
