This is not a 3D model! This is a finished product by MDM Developments. This new-construction project is a custom 3 bedroom and 3.5 bathroom home. The home features vaulted ceilings, an open floor plan with a beautiful kitchen, concrete tiled roof, solar panels, and all the amenities of a modern home. Total square footage is 2,500. Completed June 2022.
Retail building – Desert Hot Springs, CA
This 1,600 Sq Ft retail space is the result of a major remodel to a small community church. It sits on 6,500 square feet of a major boulevard in the growing City of Desert Hot Springs. It is comprised of two units with separate utilities. Each unit has its own bathroom, central AC system, and distinct flooring. This project was completed 2/1/22.
Two-Story ADU – Los Angeles, CA
This two-story guest house in the lovely neighborhood of Lake Balboa was the result of a garage conversion. MDM Developments turned a 450 Sq Ft garage into a 900 Sq Ft income-producing ADU. Along with extra income, the property was reappraised from $750,000 to $1.1 million. This project was completed 1/26/21.
Custom home – 29 Palms, CA
We love this home! Although Twentynine Palms is a 3-hour drive from Los Angeles, we agreed to do this new-construction project for one of our long-time clients. This home is a 2,500 Sq Ft oasis only a mile away from Joshua Tree National Park. The diamond-shaped entrance is one of many personal touches we added to this home. This project was completed in 2018.
